Terms of Service

By accessing or using Texbeneche.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rizq Labs AI LLC.

When you unlock digital content on Texbeneche.com, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and download that content for personal use only.

• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content.
• Copyright in all music and creative works remains with Tex Bénèche and Rizq Labs AI LLC.
• Your license does not transfer to other people.

All digital unlocks are final and non-refundable. Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

If you believe your purchase was made in error or you experienced a technical issue, contact support@texbeneche.com within 14 days of your purchase. We review all cases individually. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.

When you unlock any album, you receive an affiliate link. If someone purchases through your link, you earn a commission (currently 30% of the purchase price).

Rules:

• Self-referral is prohibited and will be detected and reversed.
• Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable (clawback window).
• Refunded or disputed purchases result in commission reversal.
• FTC disclosure required: you must disclose that you earn a commission when sharing your link.
• Spam, misleading claims, or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
• Minimum payout threshold: $10 USD.
• Payouts are made via PayPal only, within 7 business days of request.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to abuse the affiliate program.

All music, artwork, trademarks, and platform code are the intellectual property of Tex Bénèche and Rizq Labs AI LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

"Independent Music Registry," "Steel," "Titanium," "Palladium," "Rhenium," "Rhodium," "Iridium," and "Osmium" (as used in the context of music analytics and supporter milestones) are proprietary designations of Rizq Labs AI LLC.

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In no event shall Rizq Labs AI LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days notice via email or on-platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
